Roger Silvers is Managing Director of H-ELP Systems (a trading name of RJS Management Services Limited). He has extensive practical experience in business management and employment relations together with in-depth knowledge of employment law and health & safety. Roger has held a number of senior and executive positions in both large and small organisations, covering the private and public sector. His experience spans over 25 years in UK and International business, during which he was responsible for the establishment, development and management of companies and divisions throughout Europe; In doing so achieving the prestigious Queens Award for Export .

Roger holds an MA in European Management and Employment Law and an LL.M in Law of Employment Relations; both achieved at the University of Leicester where he has been associate tutor for the last six years, provding lectures and course material for the LL.M course. In addition, he is author of articles for several human resource and employment law journals. Roger has extensive experience in training and recently developed a vocational qualification for the Road Passenger Transport industry, which was accredited by QCA as a national qualification Level 2.
